Through the presentation of images, Circuit Court Clerk Frank D. Hargrove Jr. will provide unique insight into the early history of Hanover County, Virginia.  He will show irreplaceable court records, photographs, plats, Civil War Era graffiti, and exhibits, and provide contextual information about the history of Hanover County from 1960-1970.
