Tai Chi Class
Tai Chi may help improve your stress, health, fitness, balance, flexibility, coordination, and posture. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. This class will be presented by Ben Cleary.
Ages 18 & up.
