The American Revolution through Native Eyes

The American Revolution through Native Eyes

For adults and teens.

How did Native Americans feel about the American Revolution?  Were they aligned with the colonists who wanted independence?  Were they focused primarily on their own civil wars?  Or were they neutral parties, siding with neither the revolutionaries nor the British monarchy?  In anticipation of the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution in 2026, come learn how some of North America's earliest inhabitants felt about the Revolution in a short film developed by The Great Courses entitled, "The American Revolution through Native Eyes."
