Mindfulness Yoga for Teens

Best for ages 8+

Come to the Meeting Room ready to stretch, breathe, and relax with simple yoga moves and breathing exercises.  

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel or mat to use as our yoga instructor, Jill Jenkins, helps us all to find some inner calm.

Registration required.
