Keeping Your Brain Active

For adults. 

Maintaining brain health through nutritious food choices, physical activity, and hobbies can help improve memory and other cognitive functions.  This presentation will help you better understand how to take care of your aging brain.  We will define "brain health," explain why it is important, review how to keep your brain active and healthy, describe conditions that can affect brain health, and share what steps to take if you notice a decline.
