OUTREACH: Find us at the inaugural History and Hops event taking place from 530pm-830pm on Friday, May 3, 2024. 

Experience the sights and sounds of the American Revolution while enjoying a craft beer on the grounds of the historic Hanover Courthouse. Period re-enactors like Patrick Henry, Martha Washington and Thomas Jefferson will share iconic moments in history. The evening will also feature activities for all ages and a wide variety of craft beers and food available for purchase. There will also be an opportunity to get a library card for those that still need it! 

Local vendors will include the VA 250 local committee, BeerHistorics, Black Heritage Society, us (Pamunkey Regional Library) and more. 

The event is free and open to all ages. Craft beer selections will be available for purchase. All proceeds will support the Hanover C.R.E.W. (Crisis Relief for Emergency Workers) Foundation.
